In-Network Insurance

Arzilence Psychiatry is currently in network with:

For patients with in-network coverage, services are billed directly to your insurance based on your plan's benefits. Copays, deductibles, or coinsurance may apply depending on your specific policy.

*Many Oxford and UMR plans administer behavioral health benefits through UnitedHealthcare / Optum. Coverage is plan-specific and subject to benefit verification.

Dr. Reichenberg is currently in the process of credentialing with in-network insurers. If you are interested in establishing care with him in the meantime, please contact our office to inquire about temporary rates while credentialing is being finalized.

Out-of-Network Insurance

We have submitted credentialing applications to additional commercial insurers, including Cigna, Humana, and Kaiser Permanente, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. These applications are progressing through the standard review process as the practice expands in-network participation.

If we are not yet in network with your plan, you are welcome to proceed with care on a self-pay basis. In these cases, payment is collected at the time of service. Following your visit, you will receive a detailed invoice (commonly referred to as a superbill) that may be submitted to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.

Out-of-network reimbursement varies by insurer and plan. Some plans reimburse a fixed amount per visit; others reimburse a percentage of charges. We recommend contacting your carrier directly to understand your specific out-of-network benefits before scheduling.

Self-Pay Rates

For patients who prefer or require self-pay arrangements:

All appointments are integrative visits encompassing both medication management and psychotherapy, as clinically appropriate. Visit length and structure are tailored to clinical need and phase of treatment.
